Prismatic Inks is our specialised manufacturer and distributor of a variety of high-performance printing inks cured by the use of Infra-Red (IR), Ultra-Violet (UV) light or Electron Beam (EB).
As a Toll manufacturer we produce products for distributors according to their requirements or specifications. These products are nearly always supplied with the customer’s own labels affixed.
Tollchem, where required, can provide a complete service for its customers in respect of product development and specification, formulation costing and optimisation, quality consistency evaluation, preparation of technical, safety and label data, development of manufacturing specifications, toll manufacturing, packing and shipping.

Tollchem Surface Coating Solutions Pty Ltd (EPA License 20024) is required to publish pollution monitoring data under section 66(6) of the POEO act of 1997.
We are pleased to report that for the regulatory period 21/11/2022 to 20/11/2023 no measurably significant levels of pollutants have been discharged to water or emitted to air. Occupational exposure levels to chemical vapours have not exceeded relevant WHS Regulations
Our Pollution Incident Response Management Plan was activated once in this period for the purposes of conducting an emergency drill on 20th September 2023.
